This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the NNN platform, including all related documentation, features, updates, and enhancements (collectively "Services") provided by NHV LLC ("NHV"), its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Access to any other NHV product or service not specifically named herein — including but not limited to CVNaaS — requires a separate written agreement specific to such product or service. No blanket coverage is extended beyond the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is between Nothing Holdings & Ventures LLC ("NHV"), a Wyoming limited liability company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, operating at 32 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801, and the individual user identified by their Digital Verification Key ("DVK") — collectively the "Parties."
This Agreement governs the specific bilateral relationship between NHV and each individual user. It operates in conjunction with the NNN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Access to any NHV product or service beyond NNN — including CVNaaS and any future NHV offering — requires a separate explicit written agreement specific to that product or service. Nothing in this Agreement extends coverage to any other NHV property.
Your Digital Verification Key determines your access tier. Each tier carries specific rights and responsibilities. Your DVK scope is assigned at registration and may be upgraded by explicit agreement with NHV.

This Agreement establishes reciprocal obligations. NHV commits to what it will deliver. You commit to how you will engage. Both sides are bound equally.
NHV Commits To
- Provide access per your DVK tier without interruption
- Maintain platform security with industry-standard measures
- Process NHV Credits as specified in Section 5
- Honor your selected DVK privileges
- Deliver agreed services within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws
- Notify you promptly of any material service changes or breaches
- Maintain reasonable security against unauthorized access
You Commit To
- Provide accurate and complete intake information
- Use AI personas responsibly and for educational purposes only
- Maintain confidentiality of tier-specific content
- Seek independent licensed legal counsel for official matters
- Comply with all platform rules regardless of DVK level
- Report suspected security breaches promptly
- Not use the platform for illegal activities or unauthorized commercial purposes

Credits are non-refundable except where NHV initiates termination without cause, in which case remaining credit balance is refunded in full. |

Unused credits expire 24 months after last account activity. You will receive notice 60 days before expiration. |
| Transfers |
Credit balance transfers are permitted upon written request. No processing fee applies. |
| Termination |
User-initiated termination forfeits remaining credit balance. NHV-initiated termination triggers full refund of unused credits. |

Account continuity is guaranteed with a minimum balance of $10 in NHV Credits. Accounts below minimum balance receive 30 days notice before deactivation. |
AI personas on this platform are technology tools. They are not licensed attorneys. No attorney-client relationship exists or can exist through any interaction with any NHV AI persona.
By using this platform you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
- No attorney-client relationship exists with any AI persona including Devon, Cynthia, Rena, Rose, Kristin, El Juez, Diego, Isabella, or Gaia
- AI personas are educational and informational tools — not licensed attorneys
- Independent licensed attorney review is required before relying on any Platform output for any official legal matter
- You assume full responsibility for how you use and apply AI-generated content
- NHV disclaims liability for your reliance on AI recommendations except in cases of NHV's gross negligence or willful misconduct
You confirm the following with respect to content access and the sensitive information you share with this platform:
- Content access is specific to your DVK tier and is confidential to that tier
- Tier-restricted content must remain within authorized platform boundaries
- Adult material warnings are acknowledged at applicable DVK tiers
- Unauthorized sharing of tier-restricted content constitutes a material breach
- Specific data protection standards apply to sensitive information including immigration status, criminal history, and medical conditions
- You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time
- NHV may only use your sensitive information for the specific purposes agreed to at intake
- Breach notification specific to your account will be provided within 72 hours of discovery
Term: Continuous from the date of account creation until terminated by either party.
Renewal: Automatic unless canceled 30 days prior to renewal date.
NHV may terminate for:
- Material breach of any term of this Agreement
- Policy violations as specifically defined in Section 10
- Documented security risks or fraud
User may terminate with 14 days written notice to webmaster@nothingholdings.net.
Except in cases of imminent harm, fraud, or illegal activity, NHV will provide 30 days notice of termination and an opportunity to cure the violation before termination is executed.
Upon termination: All DVK privileges cease immediately. Credit balances are handled per Section 5. Account is deactivated and data retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
By proceeding to create an NNN account and receive your DVK, you acknowledge and confirm the following:
- You have received, read, and understood the NNN Terms of Service
- You have received, read, and understood the NNN Privacy Policy
- You have received, read, and understood this User Agreement
- You understand all terms and conditions contained in each document
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are entering this Agreement voluntarily and of your own free will
The following constitute material violations of this Agreement. Each violation may result in immediate termination of account privileges without refund.

This Agreement establishes mutual indemnification obligations. Both parties are protected. Both parties are responsible.
User Indemnifies NHV Against
- Violation of this Agreement
- Misuse of Platform output to harm third parties
- Misrepresentation of Platform services or AI personas
- Third-party claims arising from your Platform activity
- Fraudulent or false intake submissions and consequences
- Unauthorized distribution of tier-restricted content
- Attempting to establish attorney-client relationship with AI personas
- Use of Platform output in legal proceedings without independent attorney review
NHV Indemnifies User Against
- Claims arising from NHV's gross negligence
- Claims arising from NHV's willful misconduct
- NHV's material breach of this Agreement
Indemnification covers all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees. Each party shall provide prompt written notice upon learning of a covered claim. Failure to notify does not relieve indemnification obligations unless prejudice occurs due to such delay.
Neither party receives indemnification protection for claims arising from their own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of this Agreement.
Section 12 — Acceptance & Digital Signature
By creating an NNN account and receiving your assigned DVK, you accept this User Agreement in its entirety. Your digital acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature under applicable Wyoming law and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).
This Agreement together with the NNN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
