We collect only what is necessary to provide Platform services. We do not collect data speculatively or for resale.

We do NOT collect payment card data. All payment processing is handled exclusively by third-party processors. NHV never stores, transmits, or has access to payment card information.
All data processing occurs on NHV-controlled sovereign infrastructure within the United States. We maintain no physical presence in the European Union.
NHV operates exclusively on its own infrastructure with no reliance on third-party cloud services, Docker containers, or vendor-controlled systems. Your data does not pass through or reside on infrastructure we do not own and control.
Collection of sensitive data — including legal intake narratives and case matter details — requires explicit User consent prior to intake. Opt-in mechanisms are required for all categories of sensitive data.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
After applicable retention periods, data is securely and permanently purged from NHV systems. Users may request early deletion at any time subject to Section 10.
NHV does not sell your data. Ever. Under any circumstances.
We do not share User data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Any service provider granted access to User data in connection with Platform operations is bound by confidentiality obligations and privacy standards equivalent to those in this policy. User consent is required before any discretionary data sharing not described above.
NHV employs multiple layers of security to protect User data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
No security system is impenetrable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their DVK credentials and notifying NHV immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
NHV operates exclusively under Wyoming law and has no legal obligations under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). NHV maintains no physical presence in the European Union and does not specifically target EU residents.
While NHV voluntarily adopts GDPR principles as best practices for all users globally, this adoption does not create any legal liability or compliance requirements under EU data protection laws. It reflects our commitment to high privacy standards regardless of legal mandate.
Users outside the United States access the Platform subject to the laws of their local jurisdiction. NHV makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
The NNN Platform and all NHV properties are exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) does not apply to NHV's operations given our strict 18+ access requirement. If NHV becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a user under 18, that information will be immediately and permanently deleted and the associated account terminated.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information. These rights are available to all Users regardless of location and are provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable US privacy law.

In the event of a security breach affecting personal information, NHV will notify all affected Users within 72 hours of discovery or when legally required under Wyoming law — whichever is sooner.

NHV will provide one year of free credit monitoring to all Users whose personal data was compromised in a breach.
This Privacy Policy is a living document. NHV reserves the right to update it as our practices evolve or as required by applicable law. Privacy practices are subject to quarterly internal audit and annual policy review.
Material changes will be communicated to Users via email to the address on file and via prominent Platform notification not less than 14 days prior to the effective date of any change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
